Lune does not share any personal contact information you would have provided with any third-parties, except when needed to fulfill a service. The following third-parties are currently being used:

Webflow to delivery marketing related emails and therefore will share your name and email address with Webflow to delivery our email newsletters.

Paypal to fulfill credit card payments, when selected.

DHL for deliveries outside of Canada.

Canada Post for deliveries within Canada.

Cancellations & Refunds

All products purchased are fully refundable within 30 days, if not satisfied. Please forward your purchase receipt to hello@lune1860.ca with the reason for your dissatisfaction and we’ll make arrangements to collect your product for an exchange or full refund.

The terms of our Service cancellations or refunds are stipulated in the Service Agreement shared to the customer at the time of booking. Please refer to the terms and conditions within the Service Agreement.
